811 St Charles is a beautiful, well maintained Tudor Revival Arts & Crafts House, originally built in 1905, which was repurposed into suites in 1955. The property has an abundance of green space, and is located in the desirable Rockland area, walking distance to Cook St, bus routes, shopping, and more.

The bright, spacious suite has been updated but maintains its original character throughout. The suite has a large south-facing balcony with stunning views of the Olympic mountains. Other unit features include recently refinished original hardwood floors, a dishwasher, a non-functioning fireplace, pantry storage, and large windows.

Please note that due to the nature of the building, there is noise transfer suite to suite, even from regular apartment living. This suite is not best suited for someone who is noise sensitive.
