This is a quiet, clean and secure apartment complex with large suites, open concept kitchen/dining area, clean bathrooms with full size bathtubs, full size fridges and electric ranges and good storage in the bedrooms. Some suites have additional storage lockers included in the rent. Each floor has a coin-operated laundry room. A large underground bicycle storage is also included at no extra cost. The monthly rent includes hot water, garbage collection/recycling and all the maintenance is provided in a timely manner by the Building Manager or professional trades. The Tuscany Shopping Plaza includes Thrifty Foods, Pharmasave, medical clinic, Starbucks, hair saloon, pizza place etc.
